Here
are our cooking classes available from Monday to Friday for individuals
or small groups. The classes start from 3-hour cooking experience and include the preparation of a complete meal or specialize in special dishes. Recepies will be decided upon seasonal ingredients. Our classes end, of course, with tasting of all the dishes prepared in class. We have a wide offer of cooking classes and, upon desire of our customers and availability of our chefs, they will be held: at local restaurant in La Spezia town centre in cooperation with Entrée Cooking School, specialized in Cooking Classes for Italian and Foreign students: in a cozy, little restaurant the chef and her staff will welcome you with the warmest athmosphere and will open up to you all the secrets of her dishes; at rented properties (if the place has a properly equipped kitchen) with chef coming at your holiday home; at locations rented on purpose (rates vary according to location), for bigger groups who want to join the fun of an Italian Cooking Lesson to the pleasure of a day spent in one of our wonderful villas with great views on the Mediterranean Country & Sea; In the last two cases, the aim of the school is learning Ligurian Cousine "at home - at ease", in a real home kitchen, so that "students", once back to their own kitchens, wiil easily be able to reproduce the dishes of our tradition. |

 Our School Entrée - Cooking in Motion - organizes cooking courses for foreign students in our restaurant close to the Cultural Centre Q.B. (Quanto Basta).
