1.1. How can I book a property?
From the description page of the house selected, once you have gone to "rates
and availability" page you will find a form. Filling and selling that
form will allow you to know real availability of the property. Once we
send you positive answer you can choose (flagging th relative box in
the form) having a 24h option.
If you want to proceed with reservation, just send us an e-mail and we
will send you back a form with a summary of reservation and all the information
relative to payment.
Then, sending us you payment, we will finalize the booking, sending you
back a receipt.

2.1. How will I know if the
property is available?
Filling and selling the form from the page "rates and availability" of
each property, will allow you to know real availability of the property.
We will answer you as soon as possible. Sometimes, since we deal with
private owners, we are not able to give you immediate availability of
the properties. We are sure you will understand it.

4.1. Is it possible to book a house for a short
period of time?
Some of owners give us the chance of renting their properties for less
than a week; please, send us an enquiry and we will check all possibilities.
When it is always allowed by the owner, you will find on rates chart
3-night-package fares.
