How To Book with us

Here a summary that tells how to book one of our selected properties at ease. It is simple and we will follow you step after step in case you may encounter any difficulty in doing it.

As soon as you send us your intention to book, we will create for you a reserved page on our website;

We will send you, then, our login username and password you will have to insert clicking on our "login" button, from any page of our website

Logging-in, you will find our reservation page, with details of your holiday, rental agreement link and payment procedures; please check all the details of you reservation and if you find something is not correct, please report us the error immediately

If you decide paying with your credit card, you can safely insert your credit card number on that form (please note we do accept only visa or mastercard at the moment); if you agreed upon a theft protection program with your credit card bank, please authorise payment with your bank, before sending us card details

If you decide paying by bank transfer, please be sure that your bank issues payment with charge at sender account (not receiver); please, send a copy of wire transfer to our fax +39 (0)187 564313 or to our mail info@cinqueterreriviera.com

Once we receive your payment, we will put online your receipt and you will be able to see it just inserting same username and password on our website page

If you reserve in advance you have to pay a deposit at time of confirmation and then about 8 weeks in advance you have to pay final balance; in case of reservation made within the 8 weeks, balance will be required entirely at reservation request

For rentals of five nights or less, we will charge the total amount of reservation at time of booking so to reduce mistakes and better guarantee either our owners and our customers;
