HOW TO BOOK WITH US |
| These are our procedures for reserving our properties: |

as soon as you send us your intention to book, we will create for you
a reserved page on our website; |
|
we send you our login username and password you will have to insert clicking
on our "login" button, from any page of our website; |
|
logging-in, you will find our reservation page, with details of your
holiday, rental agreement link and payment procedures; |
|
if you decide paying with your credit card, you can safely insert your
credit card number on that form (please note we do accept only visa or
mastercard at the moment); if you agreed upon a theft protection program
with your credit card bank, be sure you authorize payment with your bank,
before sending us card details |

if you decide paying by bank transfer, please be sure that bank will
issue payment with charge at sender account (not receiver); |
|
once we receive your payment, we will put online your receipt and you
will be able to see it just inserting same username and password on our
website page; |
|
if you reserve in advance you have to pay a deposit at time of confirmation
and then about 8 weeks in advance you have to pay final balance; in case
of reservation made within the 8 weeks, balance will be required entirely
at reservation request |
