Casa dell'Ulivo
is a spacious sea front apartment located in the fisherman's
village of Portovenere which is just south of the CinqueTerre
village of Riomaggiore. The frequent ferry service from the
dock, which is just minutes by foot from the apartment make
it the perfect location for touring the area.
Casa dell' Ulivo is located in an elegant modern apartment
complex and has it's own private garage. A small pathway leads
from the house to a magnificent terrace that has a wonderful
sea view and is equipped with umbrellas and sun deck chairs
for sunbathing.
There is a second terrace located at the entrance
of the apartment that is equipped with a table for dining outdoors
and a small bbq.
Upon entering the apartment is the spacious living room that
has a kitchen corner and a dining table along with a comfortable
sofa and chairs.
Just off the living room and separated by
accordian doors is a small bedroom with a sofa that turns into
a double bed and a small bathroom with a shower.
There is also
a master bedroom with a queen size bed and another bedroom
with bunk beds that share a second bathroom with a shower.
All of the bedrooms face out onto a balcony and although there
is no sea view directly from the house the main terrace is
just steps away. Beaches where it is possible to rent umbrellas
and chairs are across the street and many shops and restaurants
are just outside the front door making it a great location
for families with small children.
It is possible to reserve typical Ligurian meals, directly
at the house, staring at 30 euros per person.
