An exclusive villa in Vernazza, a newly added, enchanted property, a jewel that we have now the pleasure to present all our customers who want to enjoy the natural show of land and sea offered by the Cinque Terre magical land.

This 3-bedroom villa with kitchen and sitting room has been carved into the stone in past years as if stolen to rocks and earth. It lies right on top of Vernazza village at the beginning of the path that leads to Corniglia. Next to it the Medieval Tower (the one closer to the train station).
The rocks of the coastline are under your feet and you can enjoy the view of the entire Vernazza village from the garden.

The garden is wide and made up by several terraces gained with hard labour made on rocks and land perched on the sea.

It is made up by two floors: on ground floor we have a simple but equipped kitchen and a curious, wide sitting and dining room. Outdoor there's a large sea-view terrace equipped with table and chairs and with outdoor kitchen for marvelous dinners under the stars! Barbeque available. On first floor ion master bedroom with double bed, 1 small twin bedroom, 1 twin bedrooms with 2 alcova beds, 1 bathroom.

It might turn out a bit hard reaching the villa: there are stairs, steps and part of unpaved path, but the magical place conquered after a short effort can reward anybody. Baggage pick-up can be arranged upon request, so that you can reach the property without any suitcase.

Out of the main gate there's a restaurants and a newly opened wine bar is only a few steps above the villa.
Stores and restaurants are then down in Vernazza village and delivery service can be arranged (eventual assistant could also be lodged in a small room under the villa).

Furnishing is no luxurious and I dare say simple as it should be in a place like this; so no frills, but originality and preciousness are extremely high, here; owner, with his artist mind talent, collected here unique pieces of art and strange local daily artifacts joining them and giving the place an exceptional and unique feel.

Upon choosing Vernazza "Il Sipario" you will have the privilege of embracing each morning a unique setting and getting true and unforgettable images and memories for your days on. "Il Sipario" will be inspiration for poets, musicians, painters and writers, but will also be the magical key to enter a world of magical sounds and views that will help anyone recover from everyday hustle.

Families are welcomed, but due to the position of the villa, for safety reasons, owners does not accept very young children, so preferably we say families with children over 8 year of age are accepted.

Owners, being a man of art, also encourages artists to choose this property since he would love to share with them this incredible beautiful and inspiring place that so many suggestions could offer them for getting new and creative ideas.
Quiet and referenced people are welcomed, and he reserves the possibility to refuse access to place if people show not to respect quietness and nature of the place.
