This apartment is located in a building that faces the water, just at the edge of town. It has a nice furnished terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the island of Palmaria.
It is on the third floor, so be prepared to climb, as there is no elevator. Built in 1970, it was restored and redecorated in 2000. Another apartment, I Poeti, is located in a building next door. Renting both apartments is a good option for groups of 8.
Interior
Third floor Apartment: (90m2) the entrance leads into a bright living room/ dining
area. The dining table has seating for four. The living area has two comfortable
couches and a TV. The living/dining room opens onto a terrace, with a table and
chairs. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, cook-top, microwave, washing machine,
and breakfast table with seating for two. Bedroom #1 offers a queen-size bed,
and access onto the terrace. Bedroom #2 has two single beds, which can be joined
together upon request to form a double bed. This bedroom has a view of the hillside.
The two bedrooms share a small bathroom with a wash basin, toilet, and small
tub with handheld shower head.
