On lower level the day area: an open space with kitchenette and living room with sofa. Access from the condominium common stairs is on this level.
A window opens on a balcony with sea view, where it is nice relaxing after a long day out.
On upper level the night area, an open loft with a double bed, protected from the view by a screening, an a long and nice bathroom with shower. On this level, in front of the bed, a useful wall closet.

Furbishing is simple but comfortable. It is nice sitting at sunset on the terrace, sipping a glass of wine and admiring the impressive, marvellous panorama of the Poets' Gulf. On clear days, it is possible seeing very well even the Tuscany coastline of Versilia beaches in the distance.

The apartment is perfect for a couple or a small family with one children (an cot can be put on the loft upon request), looking for comfort and quietness. The beach is across the street, food stores, restaurants and pubs are 200 metres away, bus stop is across the street and ferry pier is in the older part of Portovenere village, about 500 metres away.

The apartment has private car parking, a really precious thing for those coming by car.
The property can be easily reached even by bus from La Spezia (about 20 minutes), for those arriving by train.
Private car transfers from Pisa and Genova airport available upon request.

For big family groups the apartment can be sold together with The Gallery Apartmet, a luxury, big apartment next to Pebble Beach.
