Red Rocks is a charming villa located in the typical ligurian hillside village of Montemarcello.
Montemarcello is 250 meters above sea level and it is known for its protected botanical hiking trails and white sandy beaches just below the village; these can be reached by boat from Bocca di Magra or, for the brave ones, by foot (700 steps down and 700 back up!!).
Known for it’s quaint atmosphere, Montemarcello is a popular hideout for poet’s and artists and has a few bars and restaurants within walking distance to the villa.
Red Rocks villa is part of a very private estate and it has wonderful sea views, olive groves, a
manicured garden and even a swimming pool.
The owners live on the estate in a separate and
totally independent home.
Sea-view is enchanting from here and, in clear days, it is possible seeing even Corse coastline.
This new independent villa (90 sq. m - construction finished in 2009), has a spacious sitting-
dining room, a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, each one with en-suite bathroom.
Furnishing has been carefully chosen to create a brigth and airy atmosphere.
It offers all modern comforts: wi-fi internet, Sat-TV, dvd player and stereo system, washing
machine, dishwasher, safe, mosquito screens, wonderful garden furnishing.
The property has a swimming pool surrounded by an enchanting Mediterranean garden with olive trees. Exclusive use of pool is offered to Red Rocks villa guests.
Free public car parking at 100 meters from the villa.
A small unpaved road leads to the the villa
and it can be easily reached on foot, so we suggest bringing baggage with wheels.
Rate includes linens, final and midweek cleanings (2 times a week), gas and electricity, use of swimming pool, pool towels, internet use.
Heating not included during colder months.
