This apartment
is located in Portovenere, actually in the residential part of
the village, where all the holidays villas, condos and apartments
have been built, starting from the '60s, to offer the inhabitants
of La Spezia a second home for their summers near the beach.
Sea Breeze is one of these properties: here the owners and their
family used to spend their long Ligurian summers for many and many
years.
Now it is no longer used by them, so they decided to rent
it and give the chance to other people to enjoy the fantastic,
breathtaking panorama that the house offers and the fresh and healty
air of this place, blessed by God!
It can be easily reached from the main road, on the way that,
from the old village, leads back to La Spezia. Just a few flight
of stairs and guests can reach the apartment, which belogs
to a small holiday condo.
Under the property an extremely precious private parking, a
detail that really makes the difference in a village such as
Portovenere!
Upon entering the apartment we have a small corridor; on our
left we find what originally was the children room, with two
twin beds; on our right we find the master bedroom with double
bed and the bathroom with shower; in front of us a sitting
dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher,
gas stove and oven, washing machine).
The dining room has a huge window opening on the breathtaking
panorama of Portovenere and the Palmaria Island on front of
it! Pictures can describe better than words the woth of this
property! The apartment in itself is simple and a bit outdated
is furnishing (the owners kept it as it was in the '60s), nevertheless
the place is quite and worth a staying.
A big outdoor area completes the property: it can be accessed
from the corridor through a window door, on the opposite side
of the dining room. In the garden terrace, opening on the sea
view panorama as the apartment as well, a gazebo with table
and chairs, ideal for wining & dining outside.
There's no heating in the property - rental season april -
september
Major private and public beaches are just under the property
or can be reached in 5 minutes walk! Under the property a private
equipped beach establishment with swimming pools.
Stores, restaurants and bus stop about 200 mt from the apartment.
Wide selction of stores, cafeterias and restaurants in the
older part of village, that can be reached with a nice walk
along the beautiful promenade (about 1 km).
In the older part of village boat rental and ferries and boats
for Palmaria Island, Cinqueterre, La Spezia and Lerici. |
