This independent two storcy Portovenere villa is located just across the street from the local beaches in the town of Portovenere.
Just minutes
away on foot are the ferry services for the Cinque Terre and
other local villages.
A wide variety of restaurants and shops
along with beaches and a swimming pool are also just minutes
away.
The villa has been divided into two seperate apartments which can be rented seperately or together for larger parties. Although both of the units are exactly the same size they have been divided differently. To enter the property there is a private gate and a small staircase that leads you up to the villa.
Villa Fiorita Up is on the second floor and can be rented alone or together with Villa Fiorita 1. Again, this rental is surrounded with a wonderful balcony with sea views and even has a nice dining table for dining al fresco.
Upon entering, there is the living room with a small
fireplace, couch, and chairs.
There is a master bedroom with
a double bed and a second smaller bedroom with a single bed
and another pull out trundle bed.
There is a bathroom with
a shower and a second very small guest bathroom with just a
sink and w.c.
The kitchen is also small but well equipped.
From the balcony and one floor up there is another roof top
balcony which is very large and can seat up to 10 people.
There
is also an outdoor shower for when coming off the beaches,
a washing machine, and a small cooking area.
The villa has
lots of terraced land above the villa.
